Concept: A fish tank.Two teenagers. Three minutes of pure fun. Hoppy is a sweet, naive little fish who’s always lived with the Carugati family: father, mother and two teenaged kids, Sara and Chris… who, like all teens, do nothing other than argue with each other and with their parents. One day, in the Carugati’s peaceful fish tank, Hubble (Palla) suddenly appears. He’s a fish who’s been around, has traveled the world, has risked perishing in the fish tanks of the most fashionable restaurants and has earned great respect in the most prestigious aquariums around the terraqueous globe.
He knows everything about life, but he’s never met anyone like Hoppy (Pippo), nor has he ever spent time around creatures as bizarre as human teens. Hoppy and Hubble (and we along with them) are all spectators who are left amazed, baffled and amused by the family’s everyday life, one that is very realistic, as any parent with teenagers can confirm, but at times is clearly more surreal than the pranks the two fish pull.
Hubble teaches Hoppy stunts, like how to play dead and break wind, and tries to explain how big the sea is. Hoppy helps Hubble understand the confused jumble of affections and conflicts in what they can now consider their family. Three minutes of nonstop gags and jokes, two kids growing up, and a great friendship.

Because of their differences, Minivip, the weakest superhero in the universe, has ended up with an inferiority complex and is now undergoing analysis from Doc, the most incompetent, most dishonest shrink in the world.
In these comical sessions, Minivip tells him about his dreams, adventures and nightmares, which reveal the fears and anxieties that hound him day after day, outlining bizarre, humorous situations that it would otherwise be impossible to imagine.
